The Appling County Festival is excited to announce Smoketember Fest 2024 is to be held on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. The event will be free and open to the public.

KCBS Smoketember Fest BBQ Cookoff in Baxley, Georgia on September 28, 2024. This event is also part of the Georgia BBQ Championship points race.

Entry Fee: Pro Series: $300
Barbecue enthusiasts are invited to register to compete in this sanctioned competition. Pitmasters will compete in the categories of Chicken, Pork, Ribs, and Brisket on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

BACKYARD COMPETITION 
Classic Backyard Team Entry
Entry Fee: Backyard: $200
Classic Backyard Teams will compete in the categories of Chicken, Pork, and Ribs on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
